Provided 24hr notice and 4hr notice prior to the work. A full crew of workers, boom truck, chipper truck and a crew truck. They were efficient and work quickly and before leaving the areas were raked/blown clean, better than them arriving. Every step of limb removal was questioned for my approval. Met with RJ on Saturday, signed Estimate on Sunday and unfortunately before they could come out to cut them down, Monday night one landed on my house.  RJ and his crew were there first thing to clean up the mess.  They did a great job and I couldn’t appreciate them any more for all they did!
